Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and HashCoreAI when you play Garden Heist. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play — and if you have already paid for something, ask your store for a refund.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is then responsible for any purchases made on the account.
2. Your account
An account is created for you automatically the first time you play. You may attach an email address, an Apple ID, or a Google account to it so you can play on more than one device. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your progress and forfeits any unspent virtual currency and unused items. It is not a refund.
3. Merging accounts
If you sign in with an identity that already has its own garden, the game will offer to merge the two accounts into one. Before anything happens you are shown both gardens side by side and told which one will be kept. The account with more progress wins; the other one is deleted. This is permanent, it cannot be undone, and by confirming the merge you accept the loss of the losing account and everything on it, including virtual currency and purchased items that were only on that account.
Because of this, read the comparison screen before confirming. We cannot restore a merged-away account.
4. Virtual currency and items
Coins, gems, energy, shields, eggs, sprays, decorations and every other in-game item are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the game. They are not money and have no monetary value. Specifically:
- They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the game.
- They cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or transferred to another person or another account, except through features the game itself provides.
- You do not own them; you hold a licence to use them inside Garden Heist.
- They expire when your account is deleted or when the game is discontinued.
We may change the price, the availability, and the in-game effect of any item, and we may add, alter or remove features, to keep the game balanced and playable.
5. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, never directly with us. The store takes your payment and is your merchant of record.
Refunds are therefore handled by the store, not by us. Request one through Apple or Google Play. If a store grants a refund, we revoke the corresponding item or benefit from your account, which may leave a negative or reduced balance.
Where the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right stands regardless of anything in this section. Purchases are consumed immediately on delivery into your account.
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase tied to the account that bought it. Restoring purchases on a new device restores it there too.
6. Advertising
The game shows ads unless you have bought "Remove ads". Some ads are optional and give a reward for watching them. Whether ads are personalised depends on the consent you give when asked; see the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair play
Do not cheat, and specifically do not: modify the game or its network traffic; use bots, emulated input, or automation to play for you; exploit a bug instead of reporting it; create accounts to raid yourself; or harass other players, including through your in-game nickname.
We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these, and we may reverse the progress and currency it gained that way, without a refund.
8. Raiding other players
Garden Heist lets other players raid your garden, and lets you raid theirs. That is the game. Losses from raids are a normal part of play and are not a defect, and we do not compensate them.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep the game running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any of its features. If we discontinue the game entirely, we will announce it in the app beforehand where we reasonably can.
10. Our content
Garden Heist, its code, art, sound and name belong to HashCoreAI. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not copy, decompile, resell, or make derivative works from it, except to the extent the law says you may regardless.
11. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost virtual items, or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are untouched by these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
